Kefi started with a simple frustration while I was on a family trip. Good coffee felt like it required a counter full of equipment, and convenient coffee meant settling. I wanted to prove you could have both. So I built a single serve pour-over kit with curated bean selections that travels anywhere without giving up the ritual or the quality.

Kefi is a Greek word for the spark of joy, passion, and purpose that rises up when you're fully present. It also echoes my Mandarin name, 怡之, which means happiness and contentment. Two languages, one idea. The vision is coffee as a practice, not just a product.
